Best Experience During Fieldwork Practice

    A fact about my experience working in the field is that we can absorb a lot of knowledge what we get from the tasks given by the field work practice supervisor. Before I continue the discussion introduce me iqbal maulana syahputra class twelve majoring in building information modeling design. O yes friends, how are you all?. I hope you are also healthy and in good condition.

     Okay, let's continue with me sharing my experience of field work practice precisely at the Ibiza POJ CITY Tambak Harjo cluster, Semarang City, Central Java. And above is the shape of the finished house that I worked on for 6 months. But I will focus on sharing the development of my soft skills while in the field work practice to all of you bolo. Surely you know what soft skills are? and the form of soft skills. Okay, I will explain a little about what soft skills are. 

    Soft skills are an ability where we have something in the field of social intelligence and ease of adaptation in all environments. While the form of soft skills itself actually includes several aspects that I know. Namely; communication skills with people, adaptability to the surrounding environment, being able to reason critically in solving a problem and there are several more that I did not mention. And here I will further elaborate and share experiences specifically about the form of soft skills that I mentioned earlier. Here's the explanation bolo;

• Communication skills with people

    Now here's the thing bolo. Regarding this, my development in this form of soft skills is that I am more energetic and more structured in discussing a problem in the field, and also I have experienced changes in the pronunciation of sentences to be clearer and more effective than before.

• Adaptability to the surrounding environment

    Now we continue to discuss the form of soft skills. Namely; the ability to adapt to the surrounding environment. The experience I got was not surprised by the real world of work. In addition, I can adjust to changes in the transition of existing regulations in the company as quickly and as well as possible. 

• Able to reason critically in solving a problem

    And this last one, something that perhaps all circles have the potential to develop and train this form of soft skill. Namely; the ability to critically reason in solving a problem. My development in critical reasoning skills is that I am able to find solutions when asked about mistakes in the construction of a house and also able to sort out which ones should be prioritized.
